Shipping policy

 For small items with orders below $100, the shipping fee depends on which shipping option is chosen.

• Normal mail: $6 per order.
• Tracked mail: $8 per order.
• Courier: $10 per order.
• Urgent same-day delivery: $30 per order.

For bulky items (tanks/enclosures/habitats), there is a flat rate of $15 for purchases below $200.

Do take note that for normal mail, it is not tracked so we are not liable for lost/damaged parcels.
